Brief notes from a full pour in Lviv, Ukraine in Summer 2016:
Hoppier than a saison ought at be, with a lackluster spice profile and no brettanomyces funkiness at all. No flora, no wild yeast, no herbs. Tastes at best like a Belgian ale, though I do (for once) pick up on cardamom.
