Pours a clear orange with soft, bubbly head.
Smell is floral and yeasty with notes of citrus and peaches.
Taste is crisp and floral. Slight yeastiness and pepperiness merges well with notes of citrus, peach skins and a hint of sweetness. Some grapefruity bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, an interesting farmhouse ale, not as peppery as most Belgians, but very sessionable.
