Hazy pale straw colour with a huge head. Zesty, fruity Brett nose. Light, fresh body with spicy, zesty dry notes. Very effervescent on the tongue.

Beer 2 of the Parkdale Beer Festival. Thanks Josh! Review from notes. Per bottle this was bottled last summer and aged some. With the brett in here it held up pretty well.
Appearance - Semi hazy golden color with a small half finger of head. Ok retention and not much else to describe it with. Lots of head after an aggressive pour.
Smell - Yeasty and funky with some earthy undertones. Rooibos and floral notes abound. Brett is prevalent.
Taste - Pretty much the same as the nose, quite floral with some brett funkiness.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied and easy drinking, carbonation is mild and suits the beer uncharacteristically well.
Overall - And interesting floral beer with some brett, worth a try for rooibos and funk, otherwise pretty average.
