Tart, not excessively sour. Pale slightly hazy pink, moderate head settling quickly to a ring, no lace. Anonymously fruity. Ordinary fruity summer fare.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Mar 2 2022 and served barely chilled.
Pours a clear golden-orange colour with a vaguely pinkish hue; situated atop is half a finger loose, bubbly white head that sizzles off within sixty seconds, tops. A thin collar of suds is left encircling some filmy wisps on the surface; no lace at first, but there's some deposition later on. Subdued fruitiness on the nose - I'm getting strawberry, some floral notes, and light lacto character, with suggestions of lemon, whole wheat bread and raspberry. Not bad.
As far as sours go, this one is very mellow and not especially acidic - there's a little bit of lacto armpit funk, but it's a minor factor. Light strawberry sweetness at the forefront, mixed with lemon, hibiscus and grain husk; mild lactic acidity, floral hibiscus and strawberry yogurt in the aftertaste, with hibiscus lingering longest. Light in body, with average carbonation that lends a little bit of a prickly bite to this brew's otherwise smooth texture. Refreshing, with good drinkability.
Final Grade: 3.63, a B grade. Bench has produced some very solid sours, but I'm not sure I'd count Sun Daze Rosé among them. Don't get me wrong, light sours are fine in theory, and this is still a serviceable one overall, but it mostly leaves me wanting - more strawberry for sure, and more beer flavour would also be nice. The hibiscus comes through well enough, and the experience was enjoyable, albeit forgettable - worth a try if you have an affinity for hibiscus beers in particular. I'd drink it again if I were in the mood.

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario 473ml at 4%.
Poured into glass interesting color with a 1 finger head that left a lace as you drink it.
The beer is light not much sour but more tarty.
Overall a light sour beer that's easy to drink .
Cheers
