A: The beer is hazy light amber in color. It poured with just a short white head that left some lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of prunes and spices are present in the nose. It almost smells like a liquid fruit cake.
T: The taste has flavors of dark fruits and chocolate malts—prunes seem to stand out in particular. There also are some hints of raisins and spices.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a little fruitier and spicier compared to other beers in the style but is quite flavorful for such a light-bodied beer.
Serving type: growler
