Clean grapefruit & tangerine notes up front, with smooth undertones of white wine, tropical pineapple, and earthy pine. Hopped with our hand-selected Mosaic, Amarillo, Mandarina Bavaria & Hallertau Blanc, with a cracker-crisp malt base of German pils and American 2-row. Fermented with American Ale yeast. Snappy bitterness on the finish.

Very well done, classic, dry IPA. Nice hop bitterness, relatively clear, balanced.

A: The beer is nearly clear yellow in color and has some hues of amber and a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacy rings of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of green grapes are
T: The taste has flavors of orange citrus along with hints of green grapes. A light to moderate amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA seems lighter in body compared to other beers in the style and more in line with APAs. It is very easy to drink.

16oz. can into Night Shift stemware. Shared by schen9303.
Officially, this is a "German-style IPA". Great clarity and head. Nose is citrus and cane sugar. Mellow and sweet. Almost like sugar water. Beer opens crisp. Hints of clementine and cane sugar up front with a touch of pine and fresh cut grass in the middle. Finishes with a whimpering hop bite. Body is light with high to moderate carbonation. Prickly and quenching in the mouth and goes down soft and clean with a brisk finish. Super drinkable.
A great session beer. Goes down super smooth and easy with an agreeable enough flavor to keep me coming back for more.

Little light and sudsy. Hops come through gently but almost too much carbonation. Can sense the German pilsner forcing its way through the hops

Vibrant golden yellow. Meyer lemon and peach nose. Lemon zest, cantaloupe, and wildflower flavors. Pleasant, pillowy mouthfeel. Bracing bitterness tempered by soft malts. Tastes like it's brewed with a lager yeast but it's not. Categorized here as an American IPA, but the brewery calls it a German IPA. Stellar.
