Pours a hazy/murky orange/mango like color;looks like an NEIPA. A large orange crush looking head quickly dissipates.
The aroma opens funky with notes of burnt straw and wheat. Fruity aromas of passionfruit are evident, as is a subtle mango sweetness that creeps in midway.
The taste is predictably tart but with the passionfruit flavors adding a nice touch. The mango flavor is tasted particularly in the finish. Other flavors include wheat, lemon, lime, citrus peel and mild zesty spices.
Medium bodied, crisp, yet frothy mouthfeel. The finish is dry, tart and the carbonation is moderate.
Solid and very refreshing on a warm day. One of the better Berliner Weisse I’ve had in a while.

L - trace head dissipates quickly, leaving behind a neon yellow/orange body.
S - sweet mango, other tropical fruits, brown sugar.
T - tons of mango and passionfruit. Rather tart with a similar level of puckering sour. Gose-level salinity. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - a very fruit-forward sour with constrained acidity, making it very easy to down.
