A: The beer is quite hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a finger high dense white head that has very good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing running down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of passionfruit are present in the nose along with hints of pine.
T: The taste has flavors of limes and passionfruit and finishes with hints of pine. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this IPA to be a little lighter in body compared to other beers in the style - making it very easy to drink - and really enjoyed its smooth mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a light head.
Candied and zesty citrus aroma with notes of orange, tangerine, lemon and grapefruit. There is also a nice amount of dank, herbal, floral, and grassy aromas.
The taste is citrusy and herbal with a dry palate overall. Flavors of grapefruit pulp, orange peel, and notes of lemon that add a light tartness. However, the spicy and herbal hops flavors tend to dominate over the juicy flavors, perhaps too much. There are notes of pine, spicy grass and big peppery flavors that burn somewhat. A dry cracker malt base is barely felt.
Medium bodied, crisp and with a lively carbonation. The finish is dry and too peppery for my taste.
I absolute adore KCBC, however, this one disappointed me somewhat.

Can poured into snifter.
Hazy straw, foamy big bubbled white head. Some lacing sticks as it settles.
Herbal and earthy grassy field hops in the aroma. Just a hint of citrus zest and spiciness.
Flavor is grassy with some crackery malts. Nothing bold, balances well but needs to have something shine a bit more.
A hint too much carb, feels a bit prickly. Medium body, coats the tongue a bit.
Easy to drink, but doesn't quite come together. Good but not very good.

# 6 in their Robot Fish IPA series, featuring Optic malts and Simcoe hops... Pale gold and hazy with a big white head that left plenty of lacing down the glass... Aromas of herbal citrus and earthy grasses... More of that follows on the palate, with biscuit-like grain impressions... Bright and light overall - made me think of an American pale ale as much as an India pale ale... Lively and crisp with a faint pine edge...
