I like that it had a nice lacy head and was a bit creamy but I ended up mixing my 4pack with sour ale as it was too West Coast for me. I just had to have it because the cans so dope!

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 6/02/21. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a massive 2 finger sticky off white head with excellent retention, leaving thick streaks of lace all over the place. 4.5
Aroma peach, mandarin, cantaloupe, passionfruit, apricot, and white grapefruit rind. 4.25
Taste follows peach, mandarin, cantaloupe, passionfruit, apricot, and white grapefruit really balanced with just a little bitterness in the finish. 4.25
Mouthfeel is pretty big, maybe a tad sticky but not dry, soft gentle almost creamy carbonation, and at 8.5% loaded with flavor but easy going down. 4.5
Overall this is a very good NEDIPA, I am very happy they arrived in NH. Sending high quality fresh beer. 4.25

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had an orange-ish color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was an inch and a half of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very good aroma of hops, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, pine, and malt.
T: Tasted of a good shot of tropical fruit (pineapple, for instance), a bit of malt (mostly in the finish; not a big factor), a moderate amount of hops (not overdone, but just enough), a little bit of pine, and a good amount of citrus fruit (orange, in particular). This is a sweet, juicy, and lively flavor. Lots of fruit, but also plenty of hops.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An easy to drink, well made DIPA. Drinkable.

L: Looks just like unfiltered orange juice. An orange-tinged ivory head of loose bubbles about two fingers high and head settles to a wisp which leaves a lacy band on the glass.
S: I get spirits, weed, citrus, big pineapple, and cut grass on this brew.
T: Follows the nose. Mostly dry and a bit herbal.
F: Has and earthy bitterness and well carbonated. Otherwise it is juicy and you can tell it is oated.
O: Pretty good. It holds it's own, but not so exceptional that I'd buy it again. KCBC has much better offers.

Super hazy yellow with a finger of off-white foam, lazy lacing. Dry hops that give way to pineapple and slight lime. Taste is a pineapple dry hop bomb with zesty lime and lemon supporting. Feel is dry with light bitterness and juice. Well rounded and complete

My first Waimea hopped beer thus far, This is Your Brain on Hops beckons me back to days of yore, when hops were appreciated for their bitterness just as much as their soft and juicy qualities. But, this fella is also pretty unfilted - it's thick, rich, and opaque, and it IS juicy as well - a bit sharp, quite bitter, and very delicious. I like this one a lot - it's like they've picked and chose my favorite qualities in an IPA. Admittedly, those qualities aren't all complementary - so it's definitely unique.
But it's damn fine.

Pours a hazy orange with a one inch white head that left ample lacing. Smells of tropical and citrus fruits along with pine. Tastes of tangerine, peach, pineapple and pine. Medium bodied and carbonated, slightly dry and mildly bitter finish.
