A: The beer is clear cherry red in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving only a collar around the edge of the glass and a thin film of bubbles covering the remainder of the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of hibiscus flowers are present in the nose along with notes of floral hops and honey.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of hibiscus flowers, citrusy hops, strawberries, and honey. Little, if any sweetness if perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is hard to categorize in a particular style as it's not your typical type of ale. I liked how the honey didn't contribute any sweetness to the taste as there must be enough underlying hops to mask things out.
