Poured from a pint can into a Weizenbier pint glass. The body of the is opaque, strawberry in color, with a slightly pinkish one finger head. No lacing to speak of. The aroma is of strawberries primarily, some citrus, maybe a bit of peach layered in there. The first sip is a nice next of those three fruits, sour but not overly so, with a healthy dollop of hops bitterness to cleanse the palate at the end. Definitely a lot of effervescence, which keeps the sour - sweet element in check. A solid fruited sour by KCBC!
