A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a wide collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of melon and grapefruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grapefruit hops along with notes of melon. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has an interesting mix of melon and grapefruit aromas and flavors. It does a good job at masking nearly all of the alcohol fro the taste.

Double dry hopped, featuring the titular Amarillo and Galaxy hops, this brew also uses Heidelberg and Pilsener malts, torrified wheat, and flaked oats... No canning date, but KCBC's Instagram page suggests a 6/20/18 can release...
Pale golden beer with a cloudy haze and a coupla fingers of white head... Presents an initial sweetness suggestive of pineapple, but as I've been drinking it, it's dried out considerably and is there more grapefruit pith than anything else... Medium-light-weight, only mildly sweet despite a more fruit smoothie-like start, and moderately bitter with some dry citrus highpoints... Undercurrents of fruits like peaches and limes round off the profile and add some depth... A very nice, clean, quenching brew... Good stuff...
