Cloudy gold light amber appearance.
Carbonation is around medium with the body being slightly thin.
Aroma is a nice mix of mixed fruit thats hard to identify, grapes and peaches perhaps. Slightly floral, malt, bread with some cereal.
Taste is very similar to aroma with the mixed fruit showing up strong but otherwise it stays true to the aroma.
Really nice beer that I'm glad I tried

Can from Whole Foods on the UWS. Pours almost clear pale gold with three fingers of bubbly white head, smell is sweet graham cracker, hints of sour/bitter grassiness and lemon, taste is sweet doughy malts, hints of lemon zest and grassy bitterness, feel is light and well carbonated. An incredibly light, refreshing, and crushable brew!

On tap at KCBC.
Pours a clear golden color. A modest head dissipates quickly and leaves a thin ring lace.
The aroma opens fruity with notes of stone fruit, perhaps peach or apricot. There is also a touch of grape. As the fruit aroma somewhat fades, the malts take over with notes of doughy, biscuity and honey like.
The taste opens sweetly with jammy and fruity notes of doughy malt, caramel and estery flavors of grape, apricot and peach. The hops flavors are bright, fruity and begin to develop a clean and gentle bitterness. I experienced this brew in two different phases as midway the palate changes. The sweetness recedes, and a clean dry cracker malt balanced with earthy spices begins to take over, more Lager like in its cleanness.
Medium bodied with a semi crisp mouthfeel and tight carbonation. The finish is dry.
One of the better examples of Kolsch I’ve had. Very tasty.

A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts and green grapes are present in the nose, the latter of which become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste has flavors of green grapes along with underlying notes of biscuit malts. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how the aromas and flavors of grapes dominated this beer, particularly once after it warmed up.
