A: The beer is slightly hazy pinkish red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger off white (and slightly pink) head that died down, leaving just a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemons and lactobacillus are present in the nose. Strawberries also become noticeable as the beer begins to warm up.
T: The taste follows the smell and is somewhat sour with additional flavors of blackberries and strawberries.
M: It feels light-bodied and quite tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite refreshing and easy to drink. It has a unique combination of ingredients, but you can really discern each on of them in the taste.
