A beautiful, creamy sour- looks beautiful, feels creamy, still has a tart taste, has a beautiful light berry smell. A truly fantastic fruit/sour beer

A: The beer is crystal clear very dark red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high purple head that quickly died down, leaving just a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of boysenberries and yogurt are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of lactobacillus-like yogurt and boysenberries along with hints of blueberries. Little if any sourness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and faintly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is definitely a unique kind of fruity beer that has lots of aromas and flavors of boysenberries and yogurt-like lactobacillus.
