Collaboration with Great State Aleworks
Brewed with our friends from across the globe at Great State Ale Works in India. Jasmine rice lightens the malt base, while a hefty addition of mangosteen and a double-dose of Mosaic & Bru-1 hops create a unique profile of sublimely succulent tropical fruit (think: lychee, kiwi, melon & pineapple). Sweet & tangy, with a supremely soft finish.

Those guys have great comics style labels.
Hazy, not heavily, amber color with a thin head.
Refreshing tropical unique aroma with notes of pineapple, faint banana, stone fruit and mild booze.
Fruity flavor with notes of peaches and faint banana (so likely the mangosteen), oxidized pineapple, powder milk, melon, oat and rice. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium to full body with mild carbonation. Alcohol of 7.2% is disguised.
Fruity American IPA with a very original taste. I guess this is the mangosteen predominating and aligning to the Mosaic and Bru-1 hops.

A: The beer is quite hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a thin layer of white bubbles covering the surface and a collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lychee fruit and honeydew melon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by flavors of lychee fruit. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is more smoothness than there is bitterness.
O: The use of jasmine rice really lightens up the mouthfeel of this beer. It definitely tastes like a Bombay Bling with the aromas and flavors of lychee fruit.
