Pours a relatively clear, slightly cloudy, straw yellow color. A moderately large frothy head displays good retention.
Aroma opens with tropical fruit juice sweetness with notes of ripe mangoes, papaya and guava. Additional notes of melon, honeydew, orange, grapefruit and berries. Overall, the nose is juicy and sweet.
Likewise, the taste is juicy and sweet, with fruity hops flavors dominating amidst a firm and full bready malt backbone for support. A zesty and spicy middle palate with notes of grass and pine balances things out despite the absence of any significant bitterness. Flavors include mango, grapefruit, orange, melon, and peach.
Medium to full bodied, crisp and with a lively yet restrained carbonation. The finish is dry.
Fruity and delicious. Very easy to crush. I love this brewery.
