A: The beer is clear, dark reddish purple in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high pink head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cherries, pears, and yogurt are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but seems a little fruitier with lots of flavors of dragonfruit that seem to resemble a mixture of cherries and pears. I didn't get any of the grapefruit. There is a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This gose isn't that sour compared to other beers in the style but it does a very good at showcasing the aromas and flavors of dragonfruit in both the smell and taste.
