Our first 100% NY IPA, brewed with all-NYS-grown hops & malt: Cashmere, Centennial, Nugget & Zeus hops from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery, MI Copper hops from Crooked Creak Hops Farm + Seneca White Wheat from New York Craft Malt and Synergy Pale from 1886 Malt House. A new-age-meets-retro blend of hazy juice & pithy bitterness. Massive citrus--grapefruit, orange, lemon & lime--with light tropical fruit & pine. Dry finish. Crushable.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high off white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface after it settled down and lots of lacy rings of bubbles around the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lime citrus are present in the nose along with hints of cantaloupe melon and hibiscus flowers.
T: The taste has flavors of lime and orange citrus along with hints of floral hops. Only a faint amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a slight amount of crispness and juiciness.
O: This IPA is hardly bitter at all and has a delicate balance of citrusy, floral, and tropical fruit hop flavors.
