Collaboration with Range Brewing
More 100% dry-hopped joose from our VIKING series—this time, brewed with our buddies from Australia. Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops dance together in perfect formation. Pale yellow haze in the glass, with fresh aromas & flavors of passion fruit, pineapple, lemon Starburst, and citrus zest. Soft mouthfeel. Minimal bitterness. Dry finish.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, leaving a short layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of gooseberries and limes with hints of herbs and splashes of peaches; the gooseberries linger into the finish. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I particularly enjoyed the taste of this beer as it had a lot of complexity in the different flavors.

-cloudy yellow-tan can pour with a 1.5 cm foam cap that dissipates quickly. The aroma is of tropical fruit. The flavor is rich with mango, pineapple and orange. There is moderate hop bitterness and a bit of hop burn. The mouthfeel is full and smooth.
This is not a nuanced brew, but it is fully flavored and very pleasant.
