Inspired by Borg’s gold-medal-award-winning German-style Pilsner, with a few modifications. 100% Viking Pilsner malt from Scandinavia, aromatic Czech Saaz hops, and American lager yeast. 6+ weeks from grain to can (glass). Crisp, smooth, and supremely crushable. Beer of choice for the God of Thunder (especially when eating tacos... which is, like, always).

The brew presents as a pale, clear yellow can pour with a 1.5 cm cap of fine foam.
The aroma is of fresh woody hops with hay too.
The flavor is crisp with malt and hops in balance. There is a grassy aspect.
The finish is less dry than expected. This is a superb brew.

A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cracker and grainy malts are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is rather malty and has flavors of bready, cracker and grainy malts along with a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: While this pilsener is very malty, the flavors seem a little delicate since the beer is relatively light in body. It is very easy to drink.
