collaboration with Grimm Artisanal Ales
Triple dry hopped IPA collaboration with Grimm Artisanal Ales. Bounteous quantities of Citra, Cashmere and high-oil New York-grown Centennial hops from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery, co-fermented with a combo of Norwegian Kveik yeast and an unusual strain originally isolated from wildflowers in California. Murky haze in the glass, with uniquely intense notes of lemon-orange citrus, mango-melon tang, green hops and tropical skittles. Don’t forget your sabre. Don’t forget your speedo. Don’t forget your swan.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thick layer of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberries and limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell - having flavors of gooseberries and lime - and has additional notes of honeydew melon and hints of herbal hops There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer has an interesting interplay between the gooseberries and the herbal hops.
