Collaboration with Gross

Murky golden haze in the glass, with fresh pineapple-y hops in the lead, alongside notes of mango, citrus and a touch of creamy coconut. Soft mouthfeel. Dry finish. 100% dry-hopped (no kettle additions) with Citra, Mosaic & Ekuanot. Brewed with our buddies from the Basque country. Can YOU do the Fandango? Only one way to find out...

L: hazy burnt orange, head lingers
S: Orange, dank, burnt rubber
T: strong pepper, apricot
F: frothy, oily
O: like the mouth feel quick after the sip but a little too oily afterwards, can't get the smell of burnt tire out of my nose while drinking. It's a fine beer because the complexity.

The can is great and makes the Norse in me proud! Definitely creamy and smooth with intense citrus notes. You can certainly taste the pineapple and mango. This is a smooth drinking IPA and it absolutely makes you want to do the Fandango!!

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high dense white head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface along with a thick coating of bubbles running down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical fruit are present in the nose - coconuts seem to stand out in particular along with notes of cantaloupe melon and mango.
T: The taste follows the smell and mostly has flavors of coconuts along with hints of other tropical fruits. Little, if any bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that the aromas and flavors of coconuts in this IPA were really unique and interesting.
