A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that settled down and left lots of specks of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose along with hints of lime and lychee, the latter of which become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste has flavors of gooseberries and lychee. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and is a bit juicy with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between a New England IPA and an Imperial IPA and does a very good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.
