Lush new haze joose, smothered in a double dose of ooey gooey cheese--erm, I mean: Cashmere, El Dorado and Simcoe hops, atop a multi-grain base of oats, wheat, barley & rice. Notes of pineapple, grapefruit, melon & a hint of passion fruit. Smooth & fresh.

Copenhagen 22/8 2020. 47,3 cl can from Beat of Beers web-shop. Drawing of what looks like a pool party for amphibious lizards on the can.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is intense and dominated by citrus fruits with a lighter touch of sweet exotic fruit. Peach and mango. Lime and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citrus sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Juicy and bitter. As a India Pale Ale should be.

Pours a hazy orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and a bit sweet, with notes of mango, melon, jelly candy, blood orange and just a hint of fruity tartness.
Taste is juicy and hoppy with a biscuity sweetness as the base. Notes of mango, orange, melon, melon ice cream, jelly candy and peaches. Mild bitterness, very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a great IPA with plenty of variety in flavor and great texture.
