Collaboration with Casa Bruja Brewing Co.
Smothered & covered in a soft blanket of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Sabro hops. Bright, juicy citrus and a touch of sweet coconut. Smooth, hoppy comfort with a touch of bitterness on the finish. Sit back, relax and enjoy the burrito. *burrito sold separately - by our Bushwick pals over @ Taqueria al Pastor. YUM.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of coconuts and tangerines are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of coconut along with notes of tangerines and hints of mint and papaya. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the aromas and flavors of coconut in this IPA. It was very easy to drink.
