L: Orange in the hue of filtered mango juice. Completely opaque with a finger and a half of similar colored loose foam, fading quickly and leaving no lace.
S: Salt and lime-like sourness upfront, with some chili dusted mango coming in behind. Simple but making me thirsty.
T: Here we have a fruit beer that is wildly dry, but in a Gose style so as not to be pure sourness without flavor either. The mango and lime are both present, with the taste and warmth of the chilies coming in afterwards. Quite salty and splendid.
F: Thinner and well carbonated, but very much what I expect of the style. Good mouthfeel for the ABV.
O: Highly underrated (at 3.54) in my view. You can’t come in expecting bursts of fruit and such with a Gose. I typically find I prefer the vegetable-based Gose over the fruity ones, so if that is you, you’ll appreciate what KCBC has crafted here. I do and I’m glad I bought more than one.
Hoping they bring this back in the summer!

Pours a pretty opaque yellowish orange- "mango colored" if you will. The smell is mainly sour from the brew as well as the limes with very slight hints of tropical mango. The flavor up front is lime with plenty of sourness to back it up that fades into a subtle chili flavor with a slightly tropical mango finish. It goes down easily and has a pleasing mouth feel. Overall solid but nothing to go searching for.

A Tavour treat. Pours a hazy yellow -orange color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is citrus, chili powder and lime. Taste is definitely different. The sour hits you first, then the chili and lime, then the salt. Not a fan of this one.
