Pours a hazy yellow orange color. A large frothy head retains well.
The nose is very aromatic with multiple notes of fruity hops. The aroma combines bright and citrusy notes of lime, grapefruit, orange, and soft tropical fruit including mango and pineapple.
A creamy malt base supports generously hopped juicy and fruity flavors. Moderately sweet opening with notes of mango, pineapple, peach, and pithy flavors of grapefruit and lime. The palate then becomes drier with developing grassy and piney spices.
Medium bodied with a moderate to gentle carbonation. The mouthfeel is mostly smooth, even a touch creamy. The finish is semi dry with a touch of crispness.
Very solid and easy to drink. Prolific KCBC grinds out yet another tasty IPA.
