Pours a clear dark yellow straw color. A moderate foam head retains well and displays lacing.
The nose opens with notes of grassy and earthy hops and biscuity malts. Overall, the aroma is clean and evokes a sense of crispness.
Clean and refreshing with flavors of biscuit and crisp cracker malts. Well spiced with earthy and grassy and crisp and peppery yeast. The finish is clean, crisp and dry.
Light bodied with a super crisp mouthfeel. The carbonation is lively.
To paraphrase the film Chef, “ this is not beer, it’s cerveza!” Its a super clean and crisp drinking lager that is very refreshing.
