100% Nelson Sauvin hops (from our buddies in NZ at Hop Revolution), with 100% Weyermann Pale malt. White grapes, candied grapefruit, and peach parfait, with a touch of earthy-kush on the finish. Like an aquatic cyborg for your mouth.

This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like mango, white grape, passionfruit, and tangerine.

This is good representation of Nelson hops, with your typical tropical exotic fruit and white wine sort of flavors, with some lemon, lime, passionfruit, mango, and tangerine.

This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and nicely creamy and drinkable.

I feel like single hop beers are old hat at this point, but they're obviously still tasty when done well.

Pours a hazy golden orange color. A large billowing foam head, a thumb length high, retains well. Lots of lacing in the glass.

The nose offers a range of fruity aromatics, including, mango, papaya, passion fruit and grape. Notes of of tangerine, lime, floral spices and hints of pepper and grass; increasingly dank.

Opens juicy but not too sweet with soft fruity flavors and little to no bitterness. A malt backbone of cracker and creamy oats supports flavors of white grape, mango, passion fruit and lime. Lightly peppery and grassy with some clean resiny flavors and a minimal touch of belated bitterness.

Medium bodied with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. The finish is smooth with some subtle fruity and resiny spices. The carbonation is moderate to gentle.

Although not my favorite KCBC, this one kind of grew on me. I would have liked for the hops spice to be more assertive. Nevertheless, it’s easy drinking.
