Collaboration with The Rare Barrel
Our buddy Tall Alex from The Rare Barrel helped us select some particularly choice barrels from our stock for this blend. Strawberry guava sour + hibiscus saison for the base, both aged separately in French Oak and then blended and refermented with additional strawberry. Dosed with extra hibiscus before package conditioning. Limited release.
