10/06/21 can from Whole Foods on the UES. Pours black with two fingers of rocky light tan head that dissipate, limited lacing, smell is spicy and earthy coffee, coffee grounds, nice roast character, cocoa powder, vanilla, and dark malt husks, taste is well sweetened creamy dark roast coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, hint of earthy spice, nice roast character on the finish that lingers, feel is full bodied, velvety and chewy, medium carbonation with some carbonic bite. A delightfully dark roast coffee forward breakfast stout at an economical ABV.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like very roasty coffee, roasted malt, and dark chocolate.

The chocolate sorts of fades into the heavy roasted character on this one. It's good coffee flavor, but I'm not entirely sure that it works with the base beer here. There's tons of roast, and it finishes quite dry, with an ashy sort of bitterness.

This is kind of thin, but decently drinkable. I want a bit more creaminess, possibly.

This wasn't bad or anything, I just didn't love it.
