Pilsner malt and flaked corn for the base, with German-grown Mandarina Bavaria hops added in the kettle. Fermented at ale-temperatures and then cold conditioned for lager-like smoothness. Light citrus, a hint of sweetness, and a crisp finish.

Pours a cloudy pale straw color. A large creamy foam head retains well.
The nose is simple, with notes of corn and bready malts. Aromas of cracker, honey and a touch of fruity and floral spices.
A creamy bready malt base provides light sweetness, however, overall, it is dry and balanced with a touch of grassy and herbal bitterness. Flavors of lemon, toast and corn.
Light bodied with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. The finish is dry with some peppery linger. The carbonation is moderate.
Nice cream ale, simple yet flavorful. I would have again.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like honey, citrus, corn, and grain.
This is a solid and slightly hop forward cream ale, with some citrus and grassiness, and a touch of sweetness that reminds me of honey drizzled on corn.
This is light bodied, crisp, and very drinkable.
This is a pretty solid easy to drinker - not much to digest and break down, just a tasty beer.
