Hazy Pale Ale
Rich, hazy gold in the glass. Notes of sweet melon, crushed peaches, wild strawberries, and pithy citrus. Soft body, herbal bitterness, light finish. Savagely sessionable. The North remembers (…that it’s time to have another beer).

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrus and are present in the nose along with hints of strawberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of stone fruit. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This hazy pale ale is quite flavorful and has the smell and taste you would expect from a NEIPA.
