Bright straw-yellow in the glass, with a fluffy white head and notes of fresh bread, earthy lemongrass, sweet honeysuckle, and smooth, balanced bitternesses. Extra crispy finish. Brewed with a light base of premium pilsner malt, and hopped with Tettnang, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Styrian Celeia hops. Über crushable. On the hoppier side, for the style. Set your lager-lovin’ soul on fiyahhhh…..

Pours a clear yellow straw color, carbonation is spritz and visible. A large foam head retains well, there are frothy layers of lacing.
The nose opens clean with soft notes of grass, lemon and cracker. Then, it opens up to yield sweet aromas of biscuit, toast, notes of tea, fruit and earthy hops.
The palate opens showcasing sweet and rounded malt flavors, toasty, biscuity and with a slight touch of caramel. Nevertheless, this turns out to be a well hopped offering, yielding a crisp and clean bitterness that develops throughout. Notes of lemongrass, citrus peel, and peppery spices.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel and finish. Carbonation is moderate to lively.
Very crushable Helles indeed! I would have again.

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of floral hops and biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the malty flavors are a little stronger compared to those of the hops.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The malts really seem to stand out in this Helles Lager but it is very easy to drink.
