Pours lemon yellow-gold in the glass with subtle hop haze and frothy white head. Brewed with a blend of Bohemian & German pilsner malt, and featuring classic Czech Saaz hops in the kettle along with the choicest New Zealand-grown Motueka & Riwaka (both descendants of Czech Saaz). Lightly dry-hopped with an extra dose of Motueka and a sprinkling of Saaz. Notes of soft citrus, fresh spring grass, and cracker-crisp malt. Balanced bitterness; crushable finish.

Beautiful murky yellow body with full white head and thick bands of lacing. Smell is hoppier with pine emphasis but plenty of breadiness to go with. Pale bready pils upfront, piney and lime hop finish. Medium light body, minor crispness but smooth with a hint of resin. Unfortunately I did not have tacos nor was it Friday, so 0/2 there, but the beer was an enjoyable crusher with character
