Collaboration with Other Half
A very special Lager Appreciation Month low-ABV crusher collab (10° Plato). 100% traditional Bohemian pilsner malt, and hopped with a heavy dose of Czech Saaz throughout the boil plus a light layer of German Saphir in the whirlpool–just for fun. Notes of soft lemon peel, herbal spice, wildflower honey, and a touch of bready malt. Snappy bitterness. Extra crispy finish. Simple ingredients + precise execution = maximum SMILES.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit but consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral and spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has additional hints of tangerine citrus. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an easy drinking lager that has just enough in the way of hops to keep things interesting in the taste.

Can from Whole a foods on the UES NYC. Pours a crystal clear light hay gold with a finger rig rocky white head, decent lacing, smell is wheat bread/biscuits, wheat dough, wet grain, hint of herbs, taste is light wheat bread, lemongrass, funky grains, hint of lemon hard cand, mildly bitter grassy finish, feel is light and bright, snappy, crisp, and dry. A very crushable bready snappy treat.
