CARPE BLORKEM! An homage to one of our favorite classic Czech lagers. Brewed with floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt and classic Czech lager yeast to create a clean, round base with subtle bread-dough aromatics and cracker-like crispness. A heavy dose of Czech-grown Saaz & Kazbek hops brings a distinct burst of floral spice and smooth-yet-firm bitterness on the finish.

A: The beer is slightly hazy pale light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge.
S: Light aromas of bready and dough-like malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of floral and spicy hops along with a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and makes for a good representation of the style.
