Italian Style Pilsner
Pours extra-pale straw in the glass, with light hop haze and creamy head. Brewed with a blend of Eraclea barley from the Adriatic Coast & traditional German pilsner malt. Hopped in the kettle with Slovenian-grown Styrian Celeia and Styrian Wolf, plus a touch of American-grown Crystal hops. Lightly dry hopped with more Styrian Celeia. Notes of bright citrus, floral spice, and smooth malt. Crisp, clean and eternally crushable.

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head.
S: Moderate aromas of spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has notes of floral hops along with underlying hints of grainy malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, crisp, clean and quite dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is true to the Italian style and has a nice dry mouthfeel.
