Collaboration with North Park Beer Company
Pours bright pale-gold in the glass with clean white foam. Exploding with a ferocious flying fury of fresh-fruit flavors–Meyer lemon, fresh-squeezed grapefruit, pineapple kush, tropical melon–plus an intense, mouth-coating, resiny + citrusy finish. Brewed with 100% extra-pale pilsner malt and our hand-selected Citra, Strata, Simcoe, and Centennial hops, along with a blast of Citra Incognito and extra dose of lupulin-concentrated Nelson Sauvin CGX from our buddies at Hop Revolution & Crosby Hops. This may not be a San Diego burrito, but it sure is delicious…

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a minuscule collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cantaloupe melon, grapefruit, gooseberries and lychee are present in the nose along with hints of herbal hops.
T: The taste follow the smell and has additional notes of kumquat. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has a lot of complexities in the smell and taste.
