Pours pale straw-gold in the glass with clean white foam. Classic noble-hop notes of herbal spice & bright citrus, with subtle bread-dough malt and crisp, clean bitterness on the finish. Brewed with 100% premium German pilsner malt and a blend of continental hops–Czech Saaz, German Saphir and Slovenian-grown Styrian Celeia. Elegantly balanced. Infinitely refreshing.

A clean and crisp pilsner without any intrusive characteristics not associated with the style. Delightful and refreshing.

16 oz can into a pokal.
L: SRM 2 Pours lightly yeasty straw lemon pulp yellow with excellent steady lush carbonation bubbles, a 1/2" white head that recedes to a very thick skin, medium-heavy lacing with laced sheeting and some light banding.
S: Crackery bread malts, a hint of pastry dough. Very simple and not very expressive.
T: Lightly floral, gently sweet, a little bit pale, bready, mildly fruity, a touch of sweet pear, lightly zesty overall esp in the finish. The aftertaste is lightly fruity.
F: Crisp medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a smooth medium-fast finish that is slightly dry.
O: WOW. Superior taste and feel. Really well-made, vibrant and balanced. Delicate, plush and delicious. It is outstanding in its style.

Not an impressive head or color but this is one of those beers I can’t put down due to guzzle magnetism. Surprisingly fuller bodied for the abv and needlepoint small, zippy carbonation. The bready flavor that follows burn of the carbonation and the subtle bitter citrocity of the hops kind of reminds me of roasted pine nuts.

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving lacing on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass. The head eventually completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemon citrus are present in the nose along with hints of grass, lime and tangerine.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of lime are a bit stronger and there is also a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and clean on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner isn't that heavy in body and has refreshing properties. While the aromas and flavors were delicate in nature, they had some interesting complexities.
