DDH Hazy IPA
Pours soft yellow haze in the glass with bright notes of lemon granita, fresh mango, dank pineapple, and a touch of coconut. Overflowing with our hand-selected Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, and a pinch of tropical Sabro hops with an extra dose of Mosaic cryo & Simcoe cryo in the dry hop. Soft mouthfeel, light body, clean finish. Justice is served. DUN-DUN.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left thick lacing down the sides of the glass and a narrow collar around the edge.
S: Moderate aromas of mango and pineapple are present in the nose along with notes of coconut.
T: The taste follows the smell, except the the flavors of coconut are a little stronger. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I particularly enjoyed the combination of tropical hop flavors in the taste of this Hazy IPA.
