Pours near-black in the glass, with a creamy, cocoa-tan head. Heavily hopped with Simcoe, NY-grown Chinook and Crystal, with a base of barley, rye and debittered black malt. Notes of sticky pine resin and fresh tangerine zest, with smooth body and a crisp, bitter finish.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like herbal and spicy hop character, with some char, roasted malt, and dark chocolate.
This maybe feels a bit more like a hoppy stout than truly a black IPA, as it’s quite creamy, and feels more full bodied than the average black IPA. However, that doesn’t really bother me much, as this is quite, quite tasty.
This is medium bodied and really creamy, with a really good drinkability.
They’re a little bit of a goofy style, but I do really enjoy black IPAs.
