Pours bright pale-gold in the glass, with soft white foam. Notes of doughy malt, subtle lemon, and brisk, herbal bitterness. Brewed with a base of premium pilsner malt and hopped with 100% Polish-grown Lubelski and Marynka hops. Crisp & crushable. Na Zdrowie!

This one pours a pale golden color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly lemony and spicy, herbal hops, and a soft breadiness.
I don’t exactly know what a Polish style pilsner is – is it just a German pilser with Polish grown hops? I’m not sure, but all the same, this is pretty solid. It’s quite herbal and spicy, almost lemongrass or spicy floral. There’s some lemon and hay, and a nice soft bready sweetness on the back end. This maybe feels a little bit, a tiny bit, sweeter than the typical pilsner, but maybe that’s the style.
This is clean bodied, clean, crisp, and drinkable.
I always appreciate the chance to try a new style here – this felt pretty tasty to me.

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down and left some lacing on the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready and cracker-like malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of grassy hops. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is very easy to drink and does a nice job at showcasing the aromas and flavors of the malts because the hops are delicate in nature.
