West Coast IPA
Bright gold-orange hue in the glass, with subtle hop haze. Notes of fresh orange zest, chewy pine, and crushed gooseberries. Chock-full of our hand-selected Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops. Light bodied, with firm, earthy bitterness on the finish. Crisp & clean. From a tall aluminum can that has art featuring feline versions of Bergman and Bogart, along with other movie characters...interesting. The beer pours a bright golden-yellow hue with a medium sized white head. Small bubbles. The aroma is fruity...plenty of citrus, backed with a little pine-like scent. Juicy flavory in the taste as well, which is well balanced. Full in body with a carbonated bite. Nice hoppy finish. Fairly good IPA.

A: The beer is slightly hazy amber-yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left thick lacing down the sides of the glass, a narrow collar around the edge and a thin patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of piney hops are present in the nose along with notes of orange citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the hops also contribute a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a classic West Coast IPA that has a nice dose of pine and bitterness from the hops.
