On tap at Moor Room in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a golden and crisp yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lemon zest and lemon peel, doughy malt, and spicy hops.
I kind of love that this brewery has an ongoing series of Italian pilsners, one of my favorite “ new styles” lately. It’s super crisp and clean, with a spicy, herbal, and lemony character on top of a doughy and crackery malt backbone.
This is crisp, smooth, with a nice clean bite on the finish. It’s got a very nice drinkability.
KCBC is slowly but surely becoming a favorite for me.
