Served in a snifter glass from the bottle. Vintage from 2020.
Appearance: pores of deep dark brown body which is completely opaque which resembles an espresso with a dark hand head which initially Rose roughly one fingers length off the body.
Smell: you smell very deep molasses, I can tell you this because my father used to grow sugar in the form of the kid. And aroma that sticks in your nose and you will never forget it.
Taste: deep brown sugar mixed with espresso which comes off very mellow and the most beautiful thing about the beer is the offset of spice. It's like enough spiciness mix with chocolate then you have brown sugar and hints of vanilla.
Mouth: sticky body with a soft carbonation. It is completely very full body and the acetate skin crush anything you recently ate.
Overall: crazy I've had this for 3 and 1/2 years since the beginning of covid and this Brew was never added on beer advocate. It is incredible I should have bought more but if I remember correctly is around $20 a bottle and that was at the actual brewery that I bought it at. Always in a glass, salud!
