Our first-ever collab with our friends and neighbors at Kato Sake Works, we thought it was only fitting to name this beer in honor of KSW founder Shinobu Kato. Brewed with premium Niigata Koshihikari Japanese rice sourced from @the_rice_factory_usa and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnanger hops for classic noble flavor. Pours clear and bright in the glass, with notes of herbal bitterness, freshly baked bread, and sweet honeysuckle. Crisp, dry finish. Perfect for crushing with friends.
