Joymongers has at least 12 beers on tap at a time, cool place.Anyways this offering came in a becker a deep russet brown with an exquisite thick creamy beige head atop that never really settles, just a great looking weizenbock.Mild phenolic clove and banana to go along toasted wheat malts, not much sweetness to be had.Dryer and toasted up front on the palate with underlying clove and banana ,there is a hint of caramel and booze to give some light sweetness in the finish.A great creamy feel really stands out.The aromas were not great but this is a well made weizenbock.
