Reddish appearance with white head. Nice fruity aroma. Taste is a very smooth fruity berry taste that is definitely infouenced by aging process. Nice mild beer

Appearance - Pours clear yellow with massive foamy white head that dissipates to a thin cap no lacing.
Aroma - Yeast, very nice vanilla ice cream aroma, hints of oak unlike any sour I have smelled before. There is also a touch of wheat.
Taste - The taste is very different, I am getting a mouthful of vanilla from the first swig, on the back end is the sour apple. This thing is really well layered, when it hits your mouth it is tart then a full creamy vanilla flavor finishing with oak and sour fruit.
Feel - Clean tart crisp and full creamy feel at the same time. Maybe a touch too high on carbonation.
Overall - Pretty impressed with the flavors and aroma, only complaint would be touch high carbonation.

Poured into wine glass from 16.9oz bottle.
L- Massive white head, clear, light gold body with lots of little bubbles rising to the top.
S- yeasty, apple notes, hint of grain.
T- Very fruity, slightly funky, with a grainy, sweet/sour finish.
F- Plenty of carbonation, but a good balance with a nice body to it. Crisp finsish.
O- Drinkability is high, not overly complex or surpising but solid. Didn't pick up the oak.
